Tanma: Toa of Light.

Tanma was a Matoran of Light, but secretly, he was bitten by a Shadow Leech. He killed it before his light was fully drained, thus leaving him as a Matoran of Twilight, half Light, half Shadow. He later became a Toa, and though he did not know it, so did his friends Solek and Photok.

"I am Tanma, Toa of Light!"

He did not even realize it, but he had started growing wings. One day, he was on a trip to find good deeds to do, and he fainted. When he awoke several days later, he had fully grown Shadow wings.

"Ughh... What happened?..."

He arose, and he realized that the Shadow Leech had had more of an affect then he had realized. He looked towards the sky, and his mind began to turn.

"What is this Madness... And where did this axe come from?!"

He took to the skies and sought out a Toa of Light to restore his mind, and he found one. That one was Solek. When Tanma saw him, his mind sank lower and he charged, wings high, blades ready.

(in a voice of madness) "Light shall fall!"

Their swords clashed, Solek's shield dented under Tanma's axe, blinding flashes of Light and Shadow flew, and in the end, Tanma was at the feet of Solek.

(Solek) "Brother, what has happened to you... Brother..."

(Tanma) "More then you can possibly know.... Please, cure me."

Solek used the pure power of Light and cured Tanma of his madness, but the wings were permanent.

Together they flew to Nynrah. Once there they met a group of Toa.

 

(Isanton) "Hello there... Toas of Light"

(Isanton) "Need a team?"

_____________________________________________________________________________

 

Isanton Toa of Gravity extended the offer to join his Toa team. Solek and Tanma glanced at one another, and without a word, joined the ranks of Isanton.

 

Black lights are amazing, but aren't they purple?
